• Why do plans include 3 users?

  Running a company's workspace costs us the same whether one person uses it or ten, so every plan includes 3 full users to cover it. There is no seat minimum: a team of one pays the plan price, and from the fourth full user you pay a fixed price per user.

• Who counts as a full user?

  Anyone who works in the apps, for example raising invoices, managing stock or running payroll. Employees who only use self-service (leave, attendance, expenses, payslips, approvals, their own tasks and files) are free, with no limit.

• Are prices shown with or without VAT?

  Without. UK companies pay UK VAT at 20%. For companies elsewhere, local VAT is accounted for under the reverse charge where it applies, and we confirm the treatment before the first invoice.

• Which currency are we billed in?

  The currency of the price list you choose: US dollars, pounds sterling, euros, Saudi riyals or UAE dirhams, where our payment provider supports it. These are list prices we set for each currency, not live exchange rates.

• How does the free trial work?

  You get 14 days with every app of Dynamo Complete and no card. If your workspace is in real use (a real document and a second user) or you book onboarding, we can extend it once to 30 days in total. Before it ends, you choose a plan.

• What happens if we do not choose a plan?

  The workspace becomes read-only for 30 days: nothing is deleted and you can export everything. No card is taken during the trial, so you are never charged automatically.

• Is there a free plan?

  No. Instead, there is a 14-day free trial with every app, and no card is needed.

• How much does annual billing save?

  Annual billing is shown per month and invoiced once a year. Monthly billing costs about 20% more, which makes annual billing about 2 months free.

• How is payroll charged?

  Payroll comes with Dynamo Complete and is charged per paid employee a month. The price is listed under add-ons.

• Can we change plans later?

  Yes. Move to a bigger plan or add users at any time; your data stays in the same workspace.

• Can we take our data with us?

  Always. Export your records in standard formats at any time; after a cancellation you keep 30 days of read-only access.

• Is Dynamo AI included?

  Yes. Monthly Dynamo AI credits are included in every paid plan. We switch Dynamo AI on for your workspace when you ask, and the credits start from that day.

• Does DynamoOS handle e-invoicing?

  In Saudi Arabia, yes: the Saudi Arabia pack brings ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing into Dynamo Finance at no charge. It is tested against ZATCA's developer sandbox, is not certified by ZATCA, and goes live for your company after you onboard with the one-time code from your FATOORA portal. Packs for more countries are in preparation.

• What does Enterprise include?

  From 100 full users: several workspaces under one contract, enforced single sign-on, a service level agreement and contract terms agreed with you. Talk to us for a price.
