Know your UAE e-invoicing dates, and be first to hear when the pack is ready.
From 1 January 2027 the largest UAE businesses must issue e-invoices through an accredited service provider, and everyone else follows on 1 July 2027. We are building a UAE pack for DynamoOS for these dates. Join the list and we will tell you the day it is ready.
The mandate
What the mandate requires
Structured e-invoices
Invoices are issued as structured data in the PINT AE format, which is UBL XML with 51 mandatory fields, instead of PDFs or paper.
An accredited service provider
Each business appoints an accredited service provider (ASP), which exchanges its e-invoices on a Peppol-based five-corner model.
Business transactions
The ministerial decisions cover business transactions in the UAE, with business-to-business and business-to-government among those listed and narrow exclusions; business-to-consumer sales were not listed in the summary we read.
Penalties
Advisers report a penalty of AED 5,000 a month for not appointing a provider or not implementing, and AED 100 for each missing e-invoice, up to AED 5,000 a month per category.

The pack
What we are preparing
The UAE pack is being prepared for the mandate. We will confirm what it does, and when it is released, before it ships.

- The exchange of your e-invoices through an accredited service provider
- The UAE VAT return

Today
What works for UAE companies today
DynamoOS already runs for companies in the UAE: invoices in dirhams or any of 149 currencies, the VAT rates you set, several companies under one sign-in, and English or Arabic, with the Arabic interface in preview. The pack adds the e-invoicing exchange when it is ready.
When will the UAE pack be ready?
There is no release date yet. We are preparing it for the mandate; join the waitlist and we will tell you as soon as it is ready.
Is DynamoOS an accredited service provider?
No. DynamoOS is business software. The mandate requires e-invoices to go through an accredited service provider, and the UAE pack is being prepared to work with one.
Can we use DynamoOS in the UAE before the pack is ready?
Yes. Finance, sales, purchasing, stock, people and projects work today in dirhams or any other currency. The pack adds the e-invoicing exchange when it is ready.
Does the mandate apply to us?
It covers business transactions in the UAE, with narrow exclusions, and the date depends on your revenue. Confirm with your tax adviser, and see the dates on this page.
