In detail
Pricing
NetSuite does not publish prices. Third-party guides estimate a base licence of about US$999 a month, about US$99 to US$129 per full user a month and US$10 to US$35 per employee for self-service, with modules priced separately. These are estimates, not Oracle's figures.
DynamoOS prices are public: Dynamo ERP costs $39 a month with 3 full users included and $13 per extra user; Dynamo Complete costs $72 and $24 per extra user. Every employee uses self-service for free.
Implementation
Third-party guides put a NetSuite implementation at US$25,000 to US$150,000 or more. DynamoOS starts with a self-serve trial, and its onboarding packs are fixed-price, from $400 for 4 hours to $2,250 for 25 hours.
Fit
DynamoOS is built for companies of about 10 to 250 people. It is not the right choice for groups of more than 1,000 employees that need global consolidation; a larger ERP such as NetSuite is the usual choice there.
Which one fits
Choose DynamoOS if
- You want public prices and a trial before you talk to anyone
- You are a company of 10 to 250 people without the budget or time for a long implementation
- You want every employee on self-service for free
Choose NetSuite if
- You run a large group across many countries that needs global consolidation
- You have the budget and the time for an implementation project with a partner
- Your group or auditors already standardise on NetSuite
Moving to DynamoOS
Export your customers, suppliers, items and opening balances to spreadsheets and import them into DynamoOS; there is no direct connector from NetSuite. Our fixed-price onboarding packs can do the setup, import and training with you. Your data stays exportable in standard formats, so the move is never one-way.
Why are the NetSuite figures estimates?
Oracle does not publish NetSuite prices. The figures on this page come from third-party guides; ask Oracle for a quote for your company.
Can DynamoOS replace NetSuite for a smaller group?
For companies of about 10 to 250 people with a few companies and currencies, often yes; try it with your own data. For large global groups, NetSuite or another large ERP fits better.
Can DynamoOS import from NetSuite?
There is no direct connector. Export your records to spreadsheets and import them into DynamoOS; our onboarding packs can do it with you.
