This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses DynamoOS, a customer’s workspace or this website: customers, their administrators and Authorized Users, and visitors. It is part of the Terms of Service. The customer is responsible for its users’ compliance.
1.Purpose and scope
1.1The rules protect customers, their data, the Services and the people who use them. They apply to all Customer Data, content and activity in a workspace, to the use of integrations, application programming interfaces and Dynamo AI, and to this website, the signup and the status page.
1.2Terms with a capital letter have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
2.General rules
2.1You must use the Services lawfully, honestly and for their intended business purpose. You must comply with the laws that apply to you and to your data, including those on data protection, tax, labour, anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls.
2.2You must have the right to store, process and share the content you put into the Services, and must have given the notices and obtained the consents that the law requires for personal data.
3.Prohibited content and conduct
3.1You must not use the Services to store, transmit or share content or carry out activity that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy and confidentiality rights;
- is defamatory, harassing, threatening or promotes violence or hatred against a person or group;
- is sexually exploitative, or involves child sexual abuse material (which we report to the authorities);
- contains malware, or is designed to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- is unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail or other messages (spam), or phishing or impersonation;
- is used to evade sanctions, launder money, finance crime or break tax law, including the issue of false invoices;
- helps others to do any of the above.
4.Security and access
4.1You must not:
- try to access workspaces, accounts, data or systems that you are not authorized to use, or help others to;
- share credentials, or use another person’s credentials;
- probe, scan, test or attack the Services, their infrastructure or other customers’ workspaces without our written permission, except for good-faith vulnerability research that follows the Security page and /.well-known/security.txt;
- bypass or disable authentication, permission, rate-limit, entitlement, quota or security controls;
- introduce code, scripts or content that could harm the Services or other users, or upload files that are executables or installers;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including by sending requests faster or in greater volume than normal business use requires.
4.2To report a vulnerability, write to security@dynamoos.com. Reports made in good faith that stay within these limits are welcome.
5.Fair use and limits
5.1You must not use the Services in a way that degrades them for others, such as automated load beyond normal business use, scraping, or running benchmarks or stress tests, without our written permission.
5.2You must stay within the limits of your Plan, including users, storage and AI allowance. You must not bypass or resell usage limits, share one user account among several people, or create accounts to avoid limits or the limits of the free trial.
5.3Public share links, API keys and webhooks must be used for the purposes they are created for. Keep keys and secrets confidential and rotate them if they may be exposed.
6.Dynamo AI
6.1You must not use Dynamo AI to produce unlawful content, to try to extract other users’ or other customers’ data, to get around permissions, or to place instructions in documents or data that are meant to manipulate the AI or to disclose data to people who may not see it (prompt injection). Dynamo AI treats document content as untrusted data and flags such attempts.
6.2You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or acting on it, and for the content you ask the AI to draft.
7.Integrations and third-party services
7.1When you connect third-party services to a workspace (for example an identity provider, a bank, an e-mail service or a government platform), you must hold the right to do so and follow their terms. You are responsible for credentials you enter for them. Using the Services to automate a government service must follow that service’s rules.
8.Reporting and enforcement
8.1Report suspected misuse to security@dynamoos.com (security) or sales@dynamoos.com (anything else).
8.2If we believe this policy has been broken, we may investigate, ask you to remove content or stop activity, restrict or suspend access (for example making a workspace read-only), and in serious cases end the agreement under the Terms of Service. We act in proportion to the risk. Where reasonable we tell the Account Owner first, and we may act at once to protect the Services, other customers or people.
8.3We do not routinely inspect Customer Data. We may access it where needed to investigate a breach of this policy or a security risk, or where the law requires it, and operator actions are audited.
8.4We may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with their lawful requests.
8.5Suspension for a breach of this policy does not delete data. Data remains available for export as the Terms of Service describe, unless the law requires us to remove content.
9.Changes
9.1We may update this policy, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The version at the top shows the current version. Material changes are notified under the Terms of Service.
