Pricing
Odoo prices by user and by country. On the Gulf price list we were shown on 10 October 2026, Standard costs US$16.90 per user a month on yearly billing and Custom US$32.00, with lower prices for new customers in their first 12 months. In September 2026 Odoo announced a partial price rise, its first in four years: Custom went up by about 20% in several zones, Standard stayed the same and a new light user was added.
DynamoOS publishes one price list in five currencies. Every plan includes 3 full users, so ten people on Dynamo ERP pay $130 a month on annual billing, and ten on Dynamo Complete pay $240. Ten users on Odoo Standard would be US$169.00 a month at the Gulf list price.
Employees and light users
Odoo sells light users for people who use the system a little: US$5.90 a month each on the Gulf price list, and a news report says a light user needs at least one full user. In DynamoOS every employee uses self-service for free: leave, expenses, attendance, payslips, approvals and their own tasks and files.
Apps and customisation
Odoo's Standard plan includes all of its apps, and Custom adds Studio for customisation, multi-company and the external API. DynamoOS has 25 connected apps that work from the same data; Dynamo Complete includes every app, and several companies, roles and approvals come with every plan.
Languages and local rules
DynamoOS works in English or Arabic, right to left, with the Arabic interface in preview, and tax invoices print in both languages. In Saudi Arabia the Saudi Arabia pack brings ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing into Dynamo Finance, tested against ZATCA's developer sandbox, at no extra charge. We have not compared Odoo's Arabic interface or Saudi e-invoicing for this page.
Getting started
Odoo sells Success Packs of prepaid hours, from 4 hours (US$458.82 on the Gulf list, US$390 for new customers) to 200 hours. DynamoOS starts with a self-serve trial, and its three onboarding packs are fixed-price: Quick start (4 hours, $400), Guided setup (12 hours, $1,350) and the Implementation pack (25 hours, $2,250, for teams of 25 or more). Updates and backups are included in every plan.
Which one fits
Choose DynamoOS if
- Most of your employees only need self-service, and you want to pay for the people who run the business
- You work in English and Arabic, or trade in Saudi Arabia and want the e-invoicing pack included
- You want one public price list in your currency and a trial without a card
Choose Odoo if
- You need a single app and want it free
- You want Odoo's own customisation tool, Studio, or to install and run the software yourself
- You want the size of the Odoo ecosystem: 28 million users, about 80% of them on free plans, according to a September 2026 report
Moving to DynamoOS
Export your customers, suppliers, items and opening balances to spreadsheets and import them into DynamoOS; there is no direct connector from Odoo. Can DynamoOS import from Odoo?
There is no direct connector. Export your records from Odoo to spreadsheets and import them into DynamoOS; our onboarding packs can do it with you.
Does DynamoOS have a free plan like Odoo?
No. Every company gets a workspace of its own that we run and back up for it, so we offer a 14-day free trial with every app instead, with no card.
