Send a request
Help (?) → Contact support, or search "support". Describe what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead; attach screenshots or files if they help. Dynamo fills in the app and page you were on. Your request goes to the Dynamo support team; only what you write and attach is sent.
Choose the severity
| Severity | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Urgent | Nobody can work, or money or data is at risk |
| High | An important process is blocked for several people |
| Normal | Something does not work as expected but there is a way around it |
| Low | A question or a small inconvenience |
Follow your requests
Help → My support requests lists your requests with their status (Open, Waiting on Dynamo, Waiting on you, Resolved, Closed). Open one to read the replies and answer. Administrators see all requests of the organization.
Support access (administrators)
Sometimes the support team needs to see the problem in your workspace. Only an administrator can allow this, from the request or from Support access:
- choose for how long (at most 7 days) and which roles the support identity gets;
- support staff can sign in only while the window is open, through a dedicated, clearly named support user — never with your users' accounts;
- every support sign-in is recorded and shown to your administrators;
- the access ends automatically at the end of the window, or immediately when you revoke it.
Feedback and ideas
Help → Send feedback sends a comment, a problem report or a feature request. Dynamo includes only the app, page, version and browser — never the content of your records.
