What is in Dynamo Quality
| Record | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Quality Procedure | Your documented processes, with steps and owners |
| Quality Inspection | Inspection results for incoming, in-process or outgoing items, against an inspection template |
| Non Conformance | Something that did not meet the requirement |
| Quality Action | Corrective and preventive actions, with responsibility and due dates |
| Quality Goal and Quality Review | Objectives and their periodic review |
Inspections can be required on purchase receipts or deliveries for chosen items, so stock cannot move until the inspection is accepted.
Inspection reports and certificates with a QR code
An inspection report can carry a Dynamo QR code (see Scanning and QR codes):
- inside your organization, scanning it opens the inspection for people allowed to see it;
- if you mark the code public, anyone scanning it sees a verification page with only the public facts (report number, item, date, result and your organization's name) — never the readings, documents or people behind it;
- revoke a code at any time; a revoked or expired code shows as not valid.
Documents
Keep procedure documents and certificates in Dynamo Files (for example a Quality folder in your company files) and link them from the procedure or inspection.
